Danny and Dubelsa Serrano started Serrano Services in 1985 in Victoria, Texas with one backhoe, one trailer and a 1-ton dully truck. Mr. Serrano’s vision of dependable service enabled the company, Serrano Services, to continue to grow and expand, incorporating in 2000.
Emphasis was placed initially on backhoe services, materials hauling and subcontracting to Southwestern Bell.
Serrano Services continues to position itself to provide new services to its expanding customer base well into the new millennium.
Danny Serrano, President, started his career as a backhoe operator from 1975 – 1985 with the City of Victoria and PGS. He personally oversees that all work is done efficiently, and that value is placed into every single project.
Darrell Serrano, Vice-President, has been a part of Serrano Services since he was a young boy. He is now the Vice-President and maintains customer relations, marketing and fleet scheduling.
Dubelsa Serrano, Secretary, started Serrano Services with her husband Danny in 1985. She maintains all the office accounting operations as well as the Human Resources department.
